  • Day: Every Sunday, although the day is subject to change without notice so check with the front desk in advance. 

  • Time: The hour-long event takes place from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. Check-in time is at 5.20 p.m.

  • Location: Waikiki Beach

  • Cost: None! Leave your wallet in your room because sessions are free for all hotel guests.

  • How to Sign Up: VIa the online form on the hotel’s website. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your free spot with time to spare. 

  • What to Expect: Through the calming voice of your teacher, you’ll learn mindfulness and breathing techniques that will help you unwind as you watch the sun go down. 


Preparing for Your First Meditation Session

  • Show up to your free meditation in Honolulu with aikaʻi (good) vibes plus a desire to find inner peace and embrace the tranquility of nature.

  • If this is your first time, arrive with an open mind and a willingness to immerse yourself in the experience. 

  • Wear unrestrictive clothing that will let you sit, lie down, or move comfortably during the session. Also, ensure you’re dressed appropriately for the season. 

  • Arrive early – meditation is about taking your time and being unhurried. 

  • Respect the surroundings and leave only your footprints.
