Wonderful experience! Great customer service! Everyone was smiling & so helpful. Great location! Walkable to the beach (1 block away), many restaurants & things to do. We ate at Ilima Cafe for breakfast! Erna & Lee were exceptional. They were efficient & personable. Always smiling! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation! Mahalo

We loved this resort
We loved this resort. Fantastic staff and wonderful resort experiences. Loved the lei making and hula class. Yoga on the beach was a highlight too. Location is wonderful all round but especially if you have small children. Steps from the more protected areas of the beach and short walk to the zoo and aquarium. Right in Honolulu but a bit quieter than the other big resorts, which we liked. Pool is clean and good chairs to relax. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Great value. Fantastic and helpful staff who were always courteous and welcoming. Thank you for making our first time in Hawaii such a delight. We hope to come back again.
